Sr. High Ticket Closer / Setter (REMOTE - FULL TIME)

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Make 100+ outbound calls daily through our dialer system pre-qualified leads and get them to convert on the phone, sms or email.

- Most reps average 250+ dials per day when fully trained on our multi-line dialer which calls and sends sms as well as emails follow ups automatically for you.

- Engage with prospects, build relationships quickly, and set qualified appointments for our client’s sales team - different campaigns every month.

- Earn additional bonuses for each appointment you set, sometimes even when the deal closes also depending on the campaign.

- Follow up with prospects to keep them engaged and ensure smooth scheduling.

- Keep track of your calls and leads in our CRM system for easy management.

- Hit your daily, weekly, and monthly targets, and watch your paycheck grow!

What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ year of experience working on a dialer with a high call volume (100+ calls per day).

- Experience in industries like mortgages, debt settlement, auto warranty, tax relief, solar, SEO, digital agency, or high ticket sales is a plus.

- Self-motivated and commission-driven individuals who love the hustle and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and persuasion skills—you’re a natural at turning conversations into appointments.

- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage time effectively while working remotely.

- A positive attitude and the ability to take coaching from top-tier trainers to continually improve.

- Fluent in English with minimal accident and ability to close leads, not just be customer service. Ability to listen and converse fluidly with prospects.
